　　各位同学大家好，今天的托福口语我们主要为大家解读低分段综合口语回答，并给出综合口语备考方案，那废话不多说，我们就赶紧开始吧。

　　首先还是以之前讲解过的综合第三题为例，来讲解低分段评分标准。

　　Reading

　　Announcement from the President

　　The university has decided to increase tuition and fees for all students by approximately 8 percent next semester. For the past five years, the tuition and fees have remained the same, but it is necessary to increase them now for several reasons. The university has many more students than we had five years ago, and we must hire additional professors to teach these students, We have also made a new commitment to research and technology and will be renovating and upgrading our laboratory facilities to better meet our students’ needs.

　　Listening

　　Man: Great, now we have to come up with more money for next semester.

I think the extra tuition will be a good investment.

　　the woman expresses her opinion of the announcement made by the university president. State her opinion and explain the reasons she gives for holding that opinion.

　　It shows that the university has increased the tuition fee, but the student also can get a lot of benefit from the actual fees. For example, this woman mentioned the class he attended is much smaller than before, before she even can get a seat. 　　She is right increasing tuition because her opinion is the class is smaller, and more professor can’t teach them, and her major is biology, it is especially needs the smaller class, so she is very, her opinion is agree with this situations.

　　音频听完了相信大家应该能够判断出sample 1不管是从句子的完整性、回答的长度还是语言的清晰度来说都比sample 2要好一些，甚至比起我们上期听的三分典型回答的语言表达也要稍好一些，可是考生的语言运用还不够准确，并且复述的信息和考试所给材料有较大的出入，所以在实际考试中只能拿到2分的成绩。我们来一起看一下ets给出的两分评分标准

　　回答概述

　　回答和题目要求有一定关联，但是回答中遗漏了一些相关信息或不准确的信息。虽然表达中有一些清晰的表达，但是有时回答较模糊，并且不太连贯使意思含混不清。这一分数的回答至少包括右边列出的两个特点。

　　语言表达

　　话语有时较清晰，但是语音、语调或语速上存在问题，听者需要费力去听。回答自始至终缺乏持续性， 回答不清晰会影响回答部分内容的理解。

　　语言使用

　　回答在词汇和语法的使用上有局限性(虽然用了一些复杂结构，但是有错误)。这导致了相关论点的表达不够清楚，内容的连接不够准确。考生仅仅能不假思索地表达一些短语或词组。

　　话题发展

　　回答表达了一些相关信息，但是不够完整不够准确。不完整是因为回答遗漏了关键论点，对关键论点指代不明，或重要信息的展开不足。回答不准确说明考生没有理解题目的要求。所以为了充分理解所讨论的话题，熟悉题目要求就显得很重要。
