　　Every individual desires to achieve success. Pitifully, we sometimes dare not to accept challenging tasks because we have often experienced the frustration that derives from failure. However, we play to win, and our lives have little meaning unless we do our utmost to win. In this sense, compared with finishing easy jobs，only striving for demanding tasks can enable us to savor the supreme sense of well-being.

For example, when I climb a high mountain, I need to face up to many unexpected hardships such as capricious weather，steep rocks even possible exhaust of physical strength， however， the arduousness of surmounting the cliffy mountain is much more thrilling than a normal self-travel. What rewards me is the greatest contentment coming from beautiful expectation，constant wade and time-consuming wait.

As a fancier of self-travel，I once explored Tibet by myself，instead of choosing a metropolis as my sightseeing destination，I opted for a challenging city，what I needed to get over includes altitude stress，cultural differences and the lack of vehicle. However, the stunning landscapes such as spacious lake, lofty mountains and fascinating buildings are only exclusive to Tibet. Imaginably, the success of finishing hard self-trip in Tibet brought me unique happiness that I can never acquire when visiting other scenic spots.

One the best ways to acquire resilience and embrace success is through experiencing a difficult growth experience.
