　　The best way to improve the quality of education is to increase teacher’s salaries. 最好的方式去提高教学质量就是给老师们涨工资，是否认同?

　　【作家立场】确实，趋利是人之本性。涨工资在一定程度是提高教育质量的有效方法之一，但不是最佳方法，改善教育质量的方式还有很多。

　　除了给老师涨工资，还有哪些方式可以改善教学：

　　1.我想要强调的是：除了提高大学教授或者中小学教育者的薪水，改善教学质量的方式还有很多。给新教师提供培训和进修的机会就是很好的方法。优秀学生的培养首先是取决于高度合格的老师，通过不断的教师培训以及交流学习，教师们会在最短的时间内精通或者精进专业知识，学会总结学科精华，了解教育的常识。因此，他们可以更加得心应手地管理课堂，传播知识，启迪智慧。

　　2. 奖励丰厚的教学大赛以及教师间的评课也是提高教学质量的有效方法之一。换言之，金钱对于一些富裕的老师也许吸引力有限，也不是每所大学都会给老师提供做访问学者的机会，因此，教学大赛可以激发某些教师的教学动力，带给一些人精神上的满足。同时，教师间的评课可以使得老师们互相学习，共同进步。新东方教学管理中的教师评课就是很好的例证。

　　为何给教育者涨工资也是提高教学的良好方式：

　　我承认，涨工资也是激发教学热情，因而提高教育质量的有效方式之一，因为一个人薪水薄上的数目其实反映的是企业对于员工的重视程度。可以想象，教育者的薪水提高可以在一定程度上激发他们的教学动力，因为教育者有了高质量的生活保障就不必想着去兼职赚钱，而是把全部的身心用于备课以及给学生们指导作业。
